Cancel it yourself

You are never locked in, and you no longer need to ask us to stop the subscription.

  1. Open Settings in the cabinet and expand "Payments & subscription".
  2. Press "Manage billing" to open the Stripe customer portal.
  3. Choose to cancel the plan and confirm your choice.

Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Until that date everything keeps working, and the panel shows a "Cancels on" line with the exact date.

Cancelling is not deleting

A cancelled subscription only pauses access. Your account, intake answers and content stay where they are, and paying again unlocks the same workspace. Erasing the account is a separate and permanent action with its own button – do not use it if you only want to stop the payments.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under our published Refund Policy. Read it for the exact terms, then send your request to our team. Cancelling on its own does not refund the current period – it stops the next charge and lets you use the time you paid for.

Prefer that we do it?

If you would rather not handle it yourself, or you are weighing a pause against a full stop, write to our team. We will cancel it for you and talk the options through before anything changes.
