Who sets it up
Our CTO designs the workflows and connects them to your systems. Nothing goes live until your team has checked it on real data.
Our business automation solutions take over the repetitive work between your systems: leads, documents, tenders, content and calls. Each one is already built and running. We fit it to your systems, test it on your data and go live in days.

Our business automation solutions suit mid-market and enterprise teams with a lot of repetitive work and no wish for a long software project. If your people spend hours each week copying data from one system to another, we built these for you.
Faxes, forms, claims and email attachments that someone has to read, type up and file before the real work can start.
Inquiries wait hours for a reply, land with the wrong rep or never reach the CRM at all.
Too many portals to watch, too little time to decide, and too much copying from old proposals.
Calls missed after hours or at busy times. Staff screen callers instead of helping the ones who are ready.
Content calendars slip, someone builds the same report by hand every Monday, and email programs go stale.
Each solution has its own page that explains how it works, what it connects to and what it costs to start. They all follow the same setup steps and the same support. The same senior team sets them up and keeps an eye on them. So once you know one, you know how the others will go.
Our newest ready-made solution. Five trained AI roles work as one bid team: they find the tenders that fit your business, gather every detail, check whether bidding makes sense, ask for your decision and prepare the full bid package. Nothing is submitted without your written approval. From $1,250 USD a month, and the first 30 days are free.
Searches newly published tenders every day, using the criteria you set.
Builds a complete file on every tender that passes the first filter.
Compares what the buyer asks for with what your company can really deliver.
Brings you the tenders worth your time and waits for your decision.
Prepares the bid package for every tender you approve.
A monthly subscription. The final price depends on how many portals we watch and how many bids you prepare. Cancel any month.
All five AI roles, daily tender search, bid or no-bid checks and bid packages prepared and submitted after your approval.
Start your 30 free days(opens in a new tab)The core of each tool already exists. So setup is mostly fitting, connecting and testing. We agree the scope in writing before we start, so the timeline doesn't drift.
We meet to confirm the process, volumes, systems and rules. You get a written scope with what we'll deliver, the timeline and how we'll judge success.
We set up fields, routing rules, templates, approval steps and AI instructions to match how your team works.
We connect your CRM, ERP, accounting, e-signature, email and phone systems. Each connection gets only the access it needs.
We run the tool on a sample of your real documents, leads or calls. Your team checks the results, and we tune it until it meets the agreed bar.
We launch, watch every run and review results with you each month. Improvements are part of the plan, not an extra bill.

Automation is only useful if it reaches your systems. We connect to the platforms mid-market and enterprise teams already use, through official connections wherever they exist.
Platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho and Microsoft Dynamics. We create leads, fill in details, log activity and update the pipeline.
Systems such as NetSuite, SAP Business One and Dynamics 365. We handle orders, vendors, items and checked document data.
QuickBooks, Xero and Sage. We handle bills, invoices and help with reconciliations.
Tools such as DocuSign and Adobe Acrobat Sign. Agreements are sent, tracked and filed on their own.
Outlook and Gmail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive and Sheets, for intake, approvals and reports.
The tools that move data between your systems. n8n can be self-hosted in your environment; Canadian hosting is available on request, subject to scoping.
Natural voices for phone assistants, and AI models that draft, pull out data and sort. A person reviews wherever the output matters.
There are three common ways to automate a process. Each has its place, and we'll tell you honestly which one fits.
Quick to buy, but you bend your process to the tool and pay per seat. You often end up with one more system that doesn't talk to your CRM or ERP.
Fits exactly, but takes months, can run late and leaves you looking after the code. Right for unusual processes, wrong for common ones.
A proven core fitted to your process and connected to your systems. Live in days, priced monthly, with upkeep included.
Software runs the routine part, and experienced people stay in charge of everything else. Our CTO and his team build and connect each tool. Our Client Service Director checks results every week and steps in when something looks off, and you always have one senior person to call.

Every run is logged and watched. Our Client Service Director reviews results each week. A person looks at anything the system isn't sure about.
Rob Ott, our robot Chief Executor, is always on and books you in with the right person. After that you have one named contact with a direct line, backed by a small senior team.
Solutions come as monthly plans with a starting price shown, so you can budget before the first call. Your final price depends on volume, connections and support level. We fix it in the written scope.
Each solution page shows a starting monthly price. Setup, connections, monitoring and monthly improvements are included.

Talk to us about pricingBecause we don't start from a blank page. The core of each tool is already built and running for other clients or for our own business. Your project is mostly fitting, connecting and testing on your data. The timing depends most on system access and how fast your team can check test results. We plan those steps together upfront.
Each plan covers setup, connections to your systems, running the workflows, watching every run, fixing errors and a monthly review with tuning. The starting price is shown on each solution page. Your exact price depends on volume, number of connections and support level. We fix it in the written scope before work begins.
Not necessarily. We can run the workflow tools for you, or set them up in your own environment if your IT rules require it. Enterprise clients often choose self-hosted n8n inside their own cloud or in a Canadian data center. Either way, each workflow only gets the minimum access it needs.
Every tool has checks and a fallback path. When the system isn't sure, like an unclear field on a scanned form or an unusual caller request, it sends the item to a person instead of pushing it through. Errors are logged and reviewed in our monthly meeting. Anything that keeps happening gets fixed in the setup.
Yes, with the right setup. We design for PIPEDA and CASL in Canada, CAN-SPAM in the US, and PHIPA or HIPAA where health information is involved. That means people only see what they need, every action is logged, and a person reviews sensitive steps. Canadian data residency is available on request, subject to scoping. We document how data moves for your privacy or security review.
Yes, and most clients do. All our tools share the same connection layer. So the second one goes live faster than the first, because your systems are already connected. If you already know you need several, the Automation Bundles combine popular tools at one monthly price.
