Your card stays with Stripe

All card details are held by Stripe, our payment processor. They never touch our servers, and you never type a card number into IN-STORE itself. That is what keeps your payment data safe – and it is why the card is changed on a Stripe page rather than in the cabinet.

Replace the card in a minute

  1. Open Settings in the cabinet and expand "Payments & subscription" at the bottom of the page.
  2. Press "Manage billing". The Stripe customer portal opens in a new tab.
  3. In the payment-method section add the new card and set it as the default for the subscription.
  4. Remove the old card if you no longer need it, then close the tab and return to the cabinet.

Never send a card number by email or inside a support ticket. Our team never asks for one.

Or update it at your next payment

When a new billing period begins, you can simply enter the new card on the Stripe Checkout page as you renew. The fresh card then becomes the one on file.

Avoid a gap in access

Check that your card has not expired before your period ends, so your access does not pause between periods while a payment is retried. The card currently on file is shown in the "Payment method" line of the same panel.
